• AB 6 (3) (BDR 211)
  Revises provisions governing certain emergency admissions to mental health facilities and hospitals.  Recommendation:  (3) Passed.
   
• AB 52 (3) (BDR 448)
  AN ACT relating to health care; requiring certain hospitals in certain larger counties to report information to the Legislative Committee on Health Care concerning the transfer of patients to another hospital; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.  Passed.
   
• AB 112 (3) (BDR 214)
  Establishes provisions relating to public health emergencies, creating a Committee and prescribing the duties and powers of the Governor and establishing provisions for responding to and resolving public health emergencies.  Passed.
   
• SB 3 (2) (BDR 213)
  Creates Legislative Committee on Child Welfare and Juvenile Justice.  Passed.
   
• SB 4 (2) (BDR 210)
  Requires establishment of a system for the electronic submission of applications for Medicaid and the SCHIP program.  Passed.
   
• SB 197 (BDR 804)
  Revises provisions relating to the reissuance of certain prescription drugs.  Recommendation (3) (allows nonprofit pharmacies to reissue drugs returned to it without liability.)  Passed. 
   
• SB 307 (2) (BDR 241)
  Requires the Office of the Director of the Department of Health and Human Services to study issues relating to Medicaid. Recommendation:  (3). Passed.
   
• SB 340 (3) (BDR 1133)
  Revises provisions governing the allocation of certain money from the Fund for a Healthy Nevada. (BDR 40-1133)  Recommend:  (3) Passed.
